7. Compliance with Applicable Laws

• ANY PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS, OR DEATH RESULTING FROM PRODUCT USE OR EXPOSURE;
• ANY PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSS RESULTING FROM PRODUCT USE OR EXPOSURE;
• ANY VIOLATION OF LAW IN CONNECTION WITH PRODUCT USE;
• ANY ADVERSE EFFECTS, INTERACTIONS, OR UNINTENDED CONSEQUENCES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Affinity Vials from any claims brought by you or any third party arising out of or related to your use, misuse, distribution, or further transfer of products, including any claim of personal injury, property damage, or violation of law.

11. Acknowledgement

BY PURCHASING ANY PRODUCT FROM AFFINITY VIALS, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO THIS DISCLAIMER IN ITS ENTIRETY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS DISCLAIMER, DO NOT PURCHASE OR USE THE PRODUCTS.
